1. About GetOnDeal

GetOnDeal is a digital platform that enables users to discover deals, offers, experiences, events and participating businesses.

These may include, among other categories:

• Restaurants and cafés
• Hotels and resorts
• Weekend getaways
• Adventure activities
• Waterparks and amusement venues
• Gaming and entertainment venues
• Lifestyle businesses
• Events and experiences
• Other participating businesses and service providers

GetOnDeal may facilitate discovery, membership access, offer redemption, bookings and other interactions between users and participating businesses (“Partner Venues”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GetOnDeal does not own, operate or control the Partner Venue or the underlying service being offered by that Partner Venue.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms.
• You understand these Terms.
• You agree to be legally bound by them.
• The information provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

These Terms should be read together with our:

• Privacy Policy
• Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Partner/Vendor Terms & Conditions
• Any offer-specific terms
• Any membership-specific terms
• Any booking or event-specific conditions

Where a specific offer, membership, booking or event has additional terms, those terms will apply to that particular transaction in addition to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid services on the Platform.

Certain experiences, venues or services may have their own age restrictions or eligibility requirements.

Where an activity has a specific age, identification, health, safety or other eligibility requirement, the applicable Partner Venue's requirements will apply.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of GetOnDeal may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering and to keep your information updated.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• All activities conducted through your account.
• Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Informing GetOnDeal if you suspect unauthorized access.

GetOnDeal may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.

5. Membership

GetOnDeal may offer paid or promotional membership plans.

Each membership plan may have its own:

• Price
• Validity period
• Benefits
• Participating venues
• Usage limits
• Offer restrictions
• Redemption conditions
• Other applicable conditions

The applicable membership details displayed at the time of purchase will govern that membership.

Membership benefits are available only during the applicable membership period and subject to the conditions specified for the relevant membership plan.

Membership does not automatically guarantee availability at every Partner Venue.

6. Membership Usage

Membership benefits may be subject to restrictions such as:

• One redemption per day
• One redemption per Partner Venue
• Maximum number of uses
• Specific days or timings
• Minimum billing requirements
• Prior reservation
• Availability
• Venue-specific conditions

The applicable restrictions will be communicated on the Platform or in the relevant offer details.

Users must not attempt to bypass these restrictions by creating multiple accounts, manipulating redemption systems or otherwise misusing the Platform.

7. Deals and Offers

Offers displayed on GetOnDeal are provided by or in association with participating Partner Venues.

Every offer may have specific conditions.

These may include:

• Offer validity
• Applicable dates
• Applicable days
• Applicable timings
• Minimum bill value
• Maximum discount
• Products or services covered
• Exclusions
• Redemption limits
• Booking requirements
• Venue availability
• Other restrictions

Users should review the offer conditions before using or purchasing an offer.

An expired, cancelled, suspended or otherwise invalid offer cannot be redeemed unless GetOnDeal or the relevant Partner Venue expressly permits it.

8. Offer Redemption

Where an offer requires redemption through GetOnDeal, the user must follow the redemption procedure displayed on the Platform.

The Partner Venue may verify:

• User identity
• Membership status
• Offer validity
• Redemption code
• Redemption history
• Other relevant information

A valid redemption does not automatically guarantee availability of a particular table, room, seat, activity slot or other inventory unless specifically confirmed.

Users must not:

• Duplicate redemption codes.
• Alter redemption information.
• Share unauthorized codes.
• Attempt multiple redemptions contrary to offer conditions.
• Use another person's membership without authorization.
• Make fraudulent claims regarding an offer.

GetOnDeal may cancel or invalidate fraudulent or unauthorized redemptions.

9. Partner Venues

Partner Venues are independent businesses.

They are responsible for their own:

• Products
• Services
• Staff
• Facilities
• Pricing
• Food and beverages
• Safety
• Licences
• Quality standards
• Venue operations
• Customer service

GetOnDeal may display information provided by Partner Venues.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, GetOnDeal does not guarantee that all Partner Venue information will always be complete, current or error-free.

10. Bookings and Reservations

Where GetOnDeal provides booking or reservation functionality, availability is subject to the applicable Partner Venue.

A booking is confirmed only when the Platform or relevant Partner Venue provides confirmation.

Bookings may be subject to:

• Date and time availability
• Minimum spend
• Advance booking requirements
• Cancellation conditions
• No-show conditions
• Venue policies
• Other booking restrictions

A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.

11. Events and Experiences

GetOnDeal may list or facilitate access to events and experiences organised by GetOnDeal, Partner Venues or third-party organisers.

Participation may be subject to additional conditions including:

• Age restrictions
• Identification requirements
• Safety instructions
• Dress requirements
• Waivers
• Venue rules
• Capacity restrictions

Users must follow all reasonable safety and venue instructions.

For adventure, recreational or physical activities, users are responsible for complying with applicable safety requirements and providing accurate information where required.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed through GetOnDeal or through third-party payment processors.

Users must provide accurate payment information.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider.

GetOnDeal does not request or require users to share their payment card PIN, OTP or other confidential payment authentication information with GetOnDeal personnel.

13. Pricing

Prices, membership fees, booking charges and other applicable charges will be displayed on the Platform where applicable.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price displayed at the time of confirmation will generally apply, subject to technical errors or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, GetOnDeal may take appropriate corrective action, including cancelling or correcting an affected transaction where legally permitted.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any transaction-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase or booking.

Some memberships, bookings, events or experiences may be non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation conditions.

Users should review the applicable policy before completing a transaction.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use GetOnDeal for unlawful purposes.
• Create fraudulent accounts.
• Provide false information.
• Manipulate offers or redemption systems.
• Misuse membership benefits.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software.
• Scrape or systematically copy Platform content without permission.
• Interfere with Platform security.
• Infringe another person's rights.
• Use GetOnDeal to conduct fraudulent transactions.

GetOnDeal may take appropriate action against accounts involved in prohibited activity.

16. Intellectual Property

The GetOnDeal name, logo, branding, website design, app interface, graphics, text, videos, software, marketing materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to GetOnDeal.

You may use the Platform for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit GetOnDeal's intellectual property without prior written permission.

17. User Reviews and Content

Where users are permitted to submit reviews, photographs, ratings, comments or other content, users must ensure that their submissions are truthful and lawful.

You must not submit content that:

• Is knowingly false or misleading.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Violates privacy rights.
• Is defamatory or unlawful.
• Contains malicious code.
• Is abusive or threatening.
• Promotes fraudulent activity.

GetOnDeal may remove content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services

GetOnDeal may integrate with or provide links to third-party services including payment providers, maps, social media platforms, booking systems and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

GetOnDeal is not responsible for the independent operation, availability or policies of third-party services.

19. Platform Availability

GetOnDeal aims to provide reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Technical problems
• Network failures
• Security incidents
• Third-party service interruptions
• Events outside our reasonable control

20. Suspension or Termination

GetOnDeal may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary due to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Unauthorized use
• Misuse of membership benefits
• Abuse of offers
• Security concerns
• Unlawful activity

Any rights that cannot legally be excluded will remain unaffected.

21. Disclaimer

GetOnDeal provides a platform for discovering and accessing participating businesses, offers and experiences.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GetOnDeal does not guarantee:

• Availability of every Partner Venue.
• Availability of specific inventory.
• Quality of a Partner Venue's services.
• Accuracy of every third-party listing.
• Continuous availability of every offer.
• That a particular experience will meet individual expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetOnDeal will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or services provided by independent Partner Venues.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify GetOnDeal and its directors, employees and representatives against claims, losses or expenses arising from your:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Unlawful use of the Platform.
• Misuse of an account or membership.
• Violation of third-party rights.

24. Changes to These Terms

GetOnDeal may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights available to consumers.
